Our leadership and staff positions are voluntary and open for everyone to participate in and support the ongoing operations.
We’re currently looking for community members interested to participate in the following duties within the community;
1 – The Game Officer & Role Info
Responsible for organizing and facilitating gaming events and activities.
Welcoming new players who join our community and making sure they are settled in and know how to use our Discord server.
Moderating members’ activity, expected to help in recruiting in coordination with the public relations or recruiting department.
Your responsibilities as a Game Officer will include organizing and scheduling gaming events, and activities, also managing the logistics of these events, including determining the event game modes or types, communicating with participants, and ensuring that all activities are conducted in a fair and suitable schedule and sportsmanlike manner.
As a Game Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our gaming community remains active, inclusive, and engaging for all members.
In addition, you will be responsible for welcoming new players who join our clan, helping them to get acclimated to our community, and introducing them to other members.
You will help to create a positive and welcoming environment for all members, ensuring that everyone feels valued and supported.
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of our gaming community, including its rules, regulations, and culture.
You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with other members of the leadership team, as well as with new and existing members of the community.

Position Terms and Policy (Disclaimers) :
The role of a game officer is suited for individuals who are interested in supporting the community. They can continue in this position as long as they have the necessary availability and are capable of fulfilling the associated tasks and responsibilities. A game officer may choose to resign or take a break if they experience changes in their real-life schedule that prevent them from fulfilling their duties effectively.
Game Officers Discord Permissions Settings :
- Moving Members between voice channels
- Mute Members in the voice channel
- Managing events
- Timeout from voice channels
- Having access to Discord on a daily basis
- Been at the community at least for a month
- Have unlocked at least Rising Star Achievement or higher
2 – GUF Community Donation & Subscribers Manager
The role of the Donation & Subscribers Manager within the GUF Gaming Community is a pivotal one, responsible for efficiently managing the community wallet and supporting accounts, including PayPal and Stripe. The individual taking on this position will play a crucial role in maintaining financial transparency and supporting the community’s growth through donations and subscriptions.
As the Donation & Subscribers Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities:
Regularly inform the council board about incoming donations and new subscriptions.
Keeping the council board updated on financial contributions is essential for transparent decision-making and community development.
Accurately record all transactions, including donations and subscription payments, into Google Sheets.
Payment Platform Management:
Oversee and manage the community’s payment platforms, such as PayPal & Stripe.
Ensure that these accounts are functioning correctly and securely to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain open and clear communication with donors and subscribers. Express gratitude for their contributions and address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their donations or subscriptions.
Ensure that all financial activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. This includes tax compliance and adherence to platform policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficient in using financial management tools and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of payment platforms such as PayPal and Stripe.
- Familiarity with gaming communities and their dynamics is a plus.
- Trustworthiness and a high level of integrity when handling financial matters.
3 – Technical Team
The technical teams are responsible for organizing tech-related tasks such as;
