[GUF] Global United Forces Gaming Community

Being in our community is supposed to be a fun experience, not a stressful one, the rank after your username and badge is an indication of your efforts toward the community,
The goal of the rank structure is to help new players with their experience at the server and the game they are playing and provide an equal opportunity for all community members to participate in the community to progress and grow while also maintaining it.

The ranking is especially for people who like helping others.
A good leader can greatly impact the environment of the community and participate in keeping an extremely warm friendly environment for everyone.

This is easily obtainable. We understand people have everyday lives and aren’t always able to get online at a specific time.
All ranks come with their responsibility and it’s totally voluntary, please present yourself with professionalism and understand some people are new and have a hard time understanding the playing of games and usage of Discord.

Zero tolerance for toxic attitudes

A higher rank does not mean superiority over the others and should not affect the attitude of any promoted member if such cases happen and inappropriate behavior or corruption is reported, the members will lose their ranks and according to the case level and amount of times it happened, they might be banned from the community.

Members of the leadership have the rights and responsibility to follow the activities of the members and offer promotions,
The final decision always remains with our respective members if they want to go up or if not willing to take extra responsibility due to their day-to-day tasks, and their availabilities,

The Community Chain of Command

This chain of command ensures clear communication and delegation of tasks, allowing the community to operate effectively and efficiently.

The CO sets the overall strategy and makes important decisions, while the XO and other leaders ensure those decisions are executed effectively by their respective units. The NCOs and enlisted members carry out the orders and carry out the strategy.

Our Community involves the following structure:
